We all have heard that the quality of today’s food is not similar to what our elders consumed. The nutrients and fibre levels that their food consisted of never match with our meals of today.   • Avoid more meat and dairy products. 
  • Try to eat over-the-counter supplements that make you poop easily. 
  • Don’t use your phone or other device while you are trying to move your bowel.
  • Consume less alcohol and caffeine-containing products that make you dehydrated.
