For more flawless skin and beauty, we need to give extra care and pay more attention to harmful things. If you are thinking how to get flawless skin? Pay attention to some dos and don’ts for flawless skin. Once you understand the tips for flawless skin, in no time, you can achieve that! Here are some dos and don’ts for even skin tone. Read out the same!

Do Cleanse and Moisturise Twice a Day

For bright skin, it’s quite necessary to wash your face twice daily. In the morning, you can easily remove excess oil buildup after cleansing your face. Cleansing also helps remove bacteria, makeup and other harmful build-up at night.

A good moisturiser helps hydrate skin and give it a nice plump. Before applying anything to your skin, it’s necessary to check whether it suits your skin type or not. Using a suitable product can worsen skin conditions rather than making them better. With these, you start a good beauty resolution, but you also need to add an exfoliator to it. Without a proper scrubbing process, you cannot remove dead skin cells from your skin. Repeat the scrubbing process 2 to 3 times a week. People with sensitive skin can scrub once a week to remove dead skin cells.

Don’t Apply Expire Makeup

Many of you may think that makeup doesn’t expire but my girl does. You need to discard that misconception and face reality. Yes, it is heartbreaking when we need to throw out our expensive makeup products, but their use may harm your skin. These makeup products can get exposed to bacteria in the air. Also, when we apply it with our hands, the bacteria from our fingers are transferred to our makeup. With time, the bacteria in the makeup multiplies and reduces its effectiveness. They are not safe to use as they may result in redness, acne, infections and excess swelling. All makeup products come with labels of manufacturing and expiry dates. So, whatever you apply to your skin, check it properly.

Don’t Sleep with Makeup on

If you are sleeping with makeup on, in reality, you are torturing your skin. People do that without realising how much that makeup impacts their delicate skin. It’s normal to wear makeup every day, but make sure to take it off properly at night. And the makeup removal process doesn’t finish with cleansing; it involves makeup wipes and more. These help with proper makeup removal and protect your skin from damage.

Do Exercise

For brighter and even skin, exercise is the icing on the cake! It is good because it provides several beneficial effects. Exercise lights up your mood as it helps release a happy endorphin hormone. Not only that, it also helps remove fat, makes you fitter and reduces the risk of illness. And most importantly, you get healthy-looking, glowing skin. So, you can start exercising from now onwards.

Don’t Leave Sweat for Too Long

Exercising makes us sweat that needs to be removed. Sweat on the face for too long can affect the skin’s condition. Excess sweating results in acne and breakouts.

Do Eat Healthy Food

For bright and glowing skin add healthy food to your diet. Add peanut butter, egg yolk and avocado. Take all protein, vitamins and all necessary sources that help make your skin healthy.

Use a Homemade Face Pack

To get a glow on your skin, try using homemade face packs. To prepare a besan face pack, add a teaspoon of besan, beetroot powder and honey to a bowl and mix well. Apply the prepared mixture to the face and let it dry for 15 minutes. This helps reduce dark spots and brings a glow to your face.

Don’t Use Chemical-based Face Packs

You must read the ingredients before applying any product directly to your face. This can result in pimples and breakouts. So, try to pick products that suit your skin and make you glow.
